The intent of the show is to focus on the excellence of our craft breweries and cideries across British Columbia and other parts of Canada.
We are holding a brewery booth decorating contest this year. Here’s to sharing a pint of Christmas Cheer, there will be cash prizes for the best decorated booths!
The event will kick off on Friday December 1st with a 5 p.m. start running until 9 p.m. Then on Saturday, December 2nd, the event will run between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. We are expecting 2,500 patrons per day with a token exchange system being utilized to control the sampling.
There is NO FEE for you to attend. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre will purchase (with the intent to sell) all the products, but will return all untapped kegs or complete packages for a full refund. Each booth will consist of an 8’ high drape back wall with 3’ high drape side walls a single 750W electrical outlet and one 6’ x 2’ skirted table.
Here is what we ask from each brewery in return:
- Donation to the prize table
- Booth signage / decorations (cash prizes for the best decorated)
- Someone to host your booth for both days during the allocated times
- Promote your attendance prior and during the event through social media
